We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Showroom Host to join our BMW & MINI dealership in Hook. This role will see you act as the face and voice of BMW & MINI, greeting sales and service customers both face to face and by phone.
Reporting to the Head of Business, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday.

What experience do I need?
We are looking to speak to you if you have previous demonstrable experience within a customer interaction role within a professional environment (vehicle dealership experience preferred but not essential) and have intermediate IT skills.
For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus and strong organisation and time management skills.
What will I do on a daily basis?
We operate 140 franchise dealerships representing 23 manufacturer car, van, truck, and bike brands across 33 counties in England and Wales.
