Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Client Care Manager to drive the performance of the Sales and Aftersales team at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Cambridge. Reporting directly to the Head of Business, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer care and satisfaction and will be responsible for resolving and processing customer
complaints, Brand Goodwill and delivering a consistent approach to customer issues.

What will I do on a daily basis?
As the Client Care Manager, you will plan, direct and motivate all team members to ensure team performance is at a high standard to increase sales and improve customer service and satisfaction. You will development and maintain existing client relations as well as creating positive relationships with new clients, with the objective to increase business opportunities and repeat customer loyalty. Client interaction and communication will be a key part of this role as well as maintaining a positive and reliable image of the brand and dealership.
What experience do I need?
We are looking to speak with you if you have a passion for providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction and are used to working in a fast-paced environment as well as the below skills,
- Good communication and fantastic listening skills to understand client requirements.
- The ability to build positive client relationship’s.
- Excellent customer service skills to maximize customer retention.
